Dialing in is easier when you only move one thing. Kaldi looks at how the last shot tasted, what you've already tried with this bag, and how fresh the roast is, then suggests a single adjustment.

It knows your grinder's dial and your machine's temperature settings, so the suggestion is something you can actually do.
